FRIENDS OF RISE UP PROJECT
The Salvation Army
The Salvation Army exists to meet human need wherever, whenever, and however we can. When you donate goods to The Salvation Army, those items are then sold at our Thrift Stores. The proceeds are used to fund our Adult Rehabilitation Centers, where those struggling with drugs and alcohol find help, hope, and a second chance at life. Check out the great work they do at http://satruck.org/.
Meet Alissa Santolo, Coach & Website Coordinator
Alissa joined the Rise Up Project in the fall of 2020 hoping to share the professional skills she learned in college and her job to help others build their career. She currently works as a consultant helping companies with their Internal Audit and Fraud Prevention practices. She has worked in curriculum development and briefly as a coach for the Rise Up Project but her primary role has been maintaining and designing the website. Go check it out!
